For some time now, I have been going on a quest to find ways that I could improve my ability to be creative as well as my managerial skills with people and tasks.
As it regards the first part of my statement, I have learned that in order to be creative you have to find ways and means to inspire yourself on a regular basis. Even though the methods and means by which can and should do that are endless, I believe that the principle is true, and that it is a discipline worth establishing in your life.
For years now, I have decided to read good authors and always be on the lookout for inspiring sources of information, like Blogs and websites that I visit on a somewhat regular basis.
As it regards the second part of my first statement, I have to say that I have discovered that I cannot do everything at all times, so I must focus my attention and energies at doing what I am good at. I am committed to investing in peoples’ lives and helping them become what they are intended to be, be it in their place of work or, most importantly, their ministry. So for those reasons I try to be of support and encouragement to my core group of fiends and people that I am committed to.
This whole process of self-improvement, for the sake of what I want to do with my life, can be very demanding but I am fully aware that the benefits are greater than the difficulty of the moment.
