- Esther replies personally with availability and a personal quote for your group, with the driver and entry tickets listed separately at cost.
- Confirm, and you’re booked. No prepayment for Tirana walks. For day trips with a driver, a deposit equal to the driver’s cost, fully refundable up to 48 hours before departure.

Is transport included?
Guests may arrange their own transport, or we arrange a driver (private car up to 4 people, van for 5–8) and pass on the driver’s price, without mark-up. You get the exact quote before confirming.
What languages are tours available in?
English and German.
Can you customize a tour?
Yes — combos (Kruja + Durrës, Dajti + Bovilla Lake hike) and custom days are Esther’s favorite thing. Just ask. Custom itineraries, larger groups and multi-day trips get a personal quote on request.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Tirana walks need no prepayment. For day trips with a driver, the deposit (equal to the driver’s cost) is fully refundable up to 48 hours before departure.
