The life of each Tirana inhabitant is shortened by one-to-two years because of the air pollution, said yesterday Minister of Health Nard Ndoka at a conference organized, which was also attended by Tirana Mayor Edi Rama, but not by the Minister of Environment. The Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization, together with a group of experts, have prepared a draft plan to improve the air quality of the capital.
