Maternity Homes in Tirana Without Water

When I first wrote about the fact that most of Tirana would be without water, one of the implications in my mind was the fact that merchants might increase the price of bottled water, but it would have never crossed my mind that both main maternity homes in Tirana would be suffering this as well. My guess is that the hospitals are having the same trouble.
